My name is Hanizah Samad. I started off this web site due to my love for breastfeeding. I am sure that there are a lot of mothers out there who want to breastfeed their babies exclusively (no supplementing of formula milk) but are facing a lot of obstacles that hindered their desire to breastfeed their love ones.

Decreased of milk supply, poor latch, breast engorgement, bad position and so on are some of the problems nursing mothers will experience. I also faced a lot of obstacles to breastfeed my babies due to the lack of knowledge. But the satisfaction of knowing that you are giving the best to your baby is the best motivation to yourself. So I hope this web site could benefit and help especially working mothers to fulfill their desire and need in exclusively breastfeeding their babies.

Special thanks to my lovely husband, Mohd Izezuddin Idris who is very supportive on my efforts to breastfeed our newborn baby. Mohammad Izhan Shahmie, our first son breastfed for 8 months. When I found out that I was pregnant with our second child, I searched for more information about breastfeeding from books and web sites to make sure that we equipped ourselves with the knowledge on breastfeeding.

When Nour Insyirah Syamimie was born on 11 October 2005, she becomes a life model to my experiment on exclusive breastfeeding. As a result, at the age of 14 months old she is still exclusively breastfeed, proving that a working mother could fully breastfeed her baby exclusively.
