Mom's Choice Agrees To:

• Pay Affiliate Monthly Commission of all sales that are generated from your link according to these term:

• Commission due will be calculated on a monthly basis based on the amount of successful orders to Mom's Choice per month.
• The commissions will be paid by cheque or bank-in to Affiliate CIMB Bank Account (RM2.00 will be charge for transaction to other bank). RM2.00 handling fee will be charge for posting the cheque to the Affiliate.

Affiliate Agrees To:

• Submit the URL's for all sites you plan to use to promote Mom's Choice via email.
• Place Mom's Choice Links on your site.
• Have sole responsibility for the development, operation, and maintenance of your site and for all the materials that appear on your site.
• Ensure that all materials posted on your site are not illegal and do not infringe on the rights of any person or entity of any kind. We disclaim all liability for all materials on your site.
• Indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses relating to the development, operation, and contents of your site.
• Make sure that your site does not copy or resemble the look and feel of Mom's Choice or create the impression that your site is our site or a part of our site.
• Spamming is not permitted under any circumstance.
• If you commit fraud in connection with the purchasing in Mom's Choice through the Links on your site, this Agreement will be terminated immediately. In addition, you will be liable to Mom's Choice for any and all damages that Mom's Choice suffers as a result of such actions. You will also be responsible for returning to Mom's Choice all commissions received for fraudulent, and we will not hesitate to pursue all legal causes of action against you to the fullest extent possible under the law.

• Fill in the Affiliate Partners Program form. Make sure your email address is entered correctly; the HTML code you need to add to your page is sent to your email address.
• Click on the Submit button. The code you need to add to your page should arrive in your e-mail upon acceptance to the program. Make sure you do not alter the code in any way; changing it could result in someone else receiving credit for your links!
• Add the code to your web page and upload your new page. Try clicking on the link once to make sure it works.
